This position is based in the UK - ARC has offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Manchester, Nottingham, Bristol and Plymouth.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Degree qualified in Human Factors, Ergonomics, Psychology or with related specialisms within an Engineering Degree.
- Chartered or Registered with the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics & Human Factors.
- Knowledge and interest in a broad range of HFE principles and methods and their role and application within major hazard industries.
- Real world HFE experience in one or more of our consultancy sectors (Transportation, Oil and Gas, Nuclear and Defence).
- Highly motivated, with the ability to conduct assignments in parallel.
Personal:
- Friendly, self-starting, and positive attitude.
- Excellent facilitation and client facing skills.
- Available to travel internationally and nationally in support of assignments and to liaise with clients.
- Confident written and oral communication skills.
- Ability and initiative to work independently as well as part of a team.
